FAQS

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?

We have a minimum of 20 garments per design for screen printing, how we differ from other screen printers is we offer our minimums across different garment types. While most shops only allow you to choose 1 garments for the minimum quantity we allow you to spread it across multiple items, as long as the design doesn't need to be altered between garments you can get 10 tees and 10 hoods or 10 tees, 5 hoods and 5 tanks. Its completely up to you and is great for small start up businesses or clothing brands wanting to test the waters before committing to a large print run.

We also offer a low minimum of 10 garments per design for digital transfers.

WHAT ARE YOUR LEADTIMES?

We plan to have your merch in your hands within 3 weeks, please understand shipping and other unforeseen circumstances can affect these times.

CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN GARMENTS?

Unfortunately not, when you supply your own garments we cannot assure the quality of the print or the garment if we are not sourcing these ourselves, the quality, fabric, dye etc all affect the final product and we only allow the best to leave heapsgood.

WHAT ARE SETUP FEES?

Setup fees are a once off fee that secures your design on your own screen. You will not be charged this again when using the same design.

SCREEN PRINTING VS DIGITAL PRINTING

Screen printing involves creating a stencil (also known as a "screen"), and then using that stencil to apply layers of ink on the printing surface. Each color is applied using a different stencil, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look.

DTF printing is a newer method where a design is printed onto a special film and then heat pressed onto the fabric. This technique has lower setup costs and quicker turnaround times, making it suitable for smaller batches. It also allows for full-color prints without the need for creating screens for each color.

While screen printing has the longevity, digital printing is great for smaller runs, start up businesses and promotional items.
