Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms: a. By engaging in business with Heaps Good Merch for garment decorating services, the Client agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions. b. These terms and conditions supersede any prior verbal or written agreements.
2. Estimates and Quotes: a. All estimates and quotes are valid for a period of 30 days. b. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
3. Artwork and Design: a. The Client is responsible for providing the artwork and design files in a format compatible with screen printing. b. Heaps Good Merch may offer design services at an additional cost, and any design work will require Client approval before proceeding.
4. Proof Approval: a. The Client will receive a proof of the artwork for approval before production begins. b. It is the Client's responsibility to review and approve the proof, checking for accuracy in design, colour, spelling, and placement. c. Heaps Good Merch will not be held responsible for errors or omissions once the Client has approved the proof.
5. Payment: a. Payment terms are as follows: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion b. Payment is due in full before production begins.
6. Turnaround Time: a. Heaps Good Merch will provide an estimated production time, but this is not guaranteed. b. Delays due to factors such as artwork approval, changes, or unforeseen production issues are not the responsibility of Heaps Good Merch.
7. Quality Control: a. Heaps Good Merch is committed to delivering high-quality screen-printed products. b. In the event of a defect or error attributable to Heaps Good Merch, we will reprint or refund the affected items please note due to the handprinted nature of garment decoration there may be within reason, variations in placement of the desired decoration.
8. Cancellations and Changes: a. Orders may be canceled or changed before production begins, subject to any applicable fees. b. Once production has started, no cancellations or changes can be made.
9. Ownership of Screens and Artwork: a. Any screens, films, or design files created by Heaps Good Merch remain the property of Heaps Good Merch. b. If requested, these materials may be made available to the Client for a fee.
10. Copyright and Trademarks: a. The Client is responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to reproduce any copyrighted or trademarked material. b. Heaps Good Merch will not reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization.
11. Shipping and Delivery: a. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client. b. Heaps Good Merch is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred during shipping.
12. Entire Agreement: a. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Heaps Good Merch and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By entering into business with Heaps Good Merch, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Screen Printing Terms and Conditions document.
